At “Head For Health” Personal Training Studio Randwick we have been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years educating and motivating hundreds of people to lose weight, tone up and achieve their fitness goals.
We specialize in two main areas weight loss and small groups.
Our weight loss programs usually are structured over a 12 week programs that entails nutritional advice, resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and core training. Small Group training indoors and outdoors are usually 4-10 people so they are very personal, results driven and you won’t be treated like a number.
We work throughout the Eastern Suburbs Coogee, Bondi, Waverly, Clovelly, Maroubra and at our studio in Randwick.
